Legacie’s main construction contractor is Legacie Contracts who has worked on all of Legacie’s own developments, as well as working for numerous large brands across the UK hospitality industry.

Their portfolio consists of a £2 million fit out of The Cube which is a mixed-use development in Birmingham, the nationwide implementation of Marco Pierre White restaurants, the construction of a 120-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and also the construction of the £9.7 million Hotel Indigo in Liverpool.
